You have 14 days to withdraw

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive). For our licences, the contract is concluded at payment.

The digital content exception (Argot Pro)

The Argot Pro archive and licence key are digital content delivered immediately. The law says the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has begun if you gave your prior express consent to delivery starting within the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014, art. 16(m)).

In practice: on the Stripe payment page we ask you to tick this consent before paying. If you ticked it, the right of withdrawal ends when you receive the key and the download link. The confirmation of your consent appears on the “Thank you” page and in the key file you can save from there. If you did not consent, you have 14 days, as with any other contract.

Kalki Voice Pro (service)

Kalki Voice Pro is a service that starts as soon as you activate the licence. You can withdraw within 14 days of payment. If you asked for the service to start during that time (by activating the licence), you pay only for the part of the period you had it, and we refund the rest.

Stopping the subscription

Separately from withdrawal, you can stop renewal at any time in the Stripe customer portal. The licence keeps working until the end of the period already paid.

How to withdraw

Use the “Withdraw from contract here” function below, or send a clear statement to [email protected], for example the model form below. We confirm receipt by email.

You get your money back within 14 days of receiving your request, by the same payment method, and the licence is deactivated.
